The Customer Solutions Insights team helps to power Grivy’s high growth Sales organization by delivering actionable insights and business intelligence at scale to all levels of the business - our customers, our front line Sales teams and our executive leadership team. Our Customer Solutions team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the "human face" of Grivy, helping consumer companies grow their brands. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of the businesses we partner with. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In this role, you will lead a team to develop solutions for complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges. You will set and execute on a vision for your team that reflects your deep analytical expertise and business understanding of client challenges. You will be a thought partner to Customer Solutions Sales and central leadership teams, covering new partner acquisitions, existing account management and our product and partner strategies. You will partner with these teams to understand the insights they require to manage and grow their business and leverage cross-functional teams to develop and land solutions that meet their needs at scale.
You are deeply curious and persistent in gaining knowledge about our products and go-to-market strategy. You are able to effectively bridge the technical and business divide to identify white space opportunities that will drive partner success. You will have exposure and visibility to Grivy sales executives, as you work with them to understand their needs and promote solutions that your team develops.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of account success managers. Develop and deliver insights on how to improve account performance to Sales teams, agencies, partners and customers.
- Identify opportunities to grow your teams impact by understanding business pain points and leveraging analytic techniques to find innovative solutions.
- Install a culture of operational and data excellence. Partner with upstream data providers and downstream collaborators to ensure our Sales teams have access to accurate and timely insights to support workflow.
- Support the Customer Solutions go-to-market strategy by collaborating with program managers to determine the right success metrics for each program.
- Work with stakeholders in the Customer Solution Sales organization to understand the business intelligence and insights needs of end users, from representatives on the floor to the executive leadership team.
- Execute account strategy within principles with multiple brands and partners with multiple touch points.
- Execute account reporting and identify opportunities for long term partnership commitments through solution offering.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in analyzing and visualizing data sets
- Very good knowledge of Web Analysis Tools, Programmatic Advertising, Attribution Approaches, and A / B Testing
- Very good understanding of online to offline marketing campaigns
- High affinity for digital trends
- Excellent level of initiative, hands-on mentality, motivation, and strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and/or managing analytically oriented projects with large consumer impact is a plus
- Experience in SQL, Python or R are a plus
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, other technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in analytics, engineering or management consulting or equivalent analytical and project management experience.
- Experience in managing analytics projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured solutions.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of ads business/products. Track record of thought leadership in applying data driven insights.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and capabilities. Track record of pushing the boundaries of data and developing novel approaches to shed new light on difficult questions.
- Track record of developing teams with ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to define analysis requirements and priorities, develop and execute strategy and balance short- vs long-term deliverables. Ability to leverage executive presence to partner with/influence sales executives.
- Exceptional business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and value-creation.
