Head of Sales

The Campaign team works closely with our Account team to guide campaigns from conception to launch to reporting to optimization at scale. As part of the Sales Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our customers love. You'll work with teams from Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to name just a few. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Grivy speed.

As the leader for Sales, you help set the long term strategy for the business and hold your teams accountable for executing on that strategy. In this role, you will also help formulate the strategy, and lead the region in helping the organization achieve its annual plans. You are comfortable in working with C-level executives and boards of directors of the companies with whom you partner. You are a business builder and a career accelerator, creating new partner models and incremental business growth streams, while helping your team members develop their careers and flourish. You have deep knowledge of digital marketing products, and have extensive experience managing projects with the world’s leading companies.

Responsibilities
- Work with the leadership team in creating annual plans, then execute on them and achieve those targets, and track monthly and quarterly performance, ensuring teams achieve their targets.
- Manage product offerings with clients, along with implementation milestones and resource requirements, ensuring on time market launches with high quality solutions.
- Achieve quarterly business development targets including number of new clients, agreement value and incremental business growth. Lead strategic account managers, helping them achieve quarterly quota and business growth targets.
- Lead a cross-functional team of partner managers, business development, and account management teams. Liaise with the teams who support our business, including Sales Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing and Product Sales Activation teams.
- Meet new and existing clients, and partners to explain Grivy solutions across all sales cycle stages including pre-sales, sales and post-sales.
- Represent Grivy as a keynote speaker at industry events, strengthening Grivy’s brand and identifying prospective clients and partners at those industry events.
- Closely monitor sales performance and work on continuous optimization strategies.
Minimum qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Business development experience in technology industries.
- Experience with translation reporting data into practical optimization.
Preferred qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing sales teams in indirect and direct sales channels. projects with large customer impact.
- Experience managing product implementation projects. Experience with the software development life cycle.
- Experience with campaign planning, execution, reporting and optimization
- Experience working with C-level executives and board members.
